How do I order from the PHILEQUINE store?
Click on the product you want, click the ADD TO CART button and make payment.
I would like to cancel my order.
Customers can cancel within 2 hours of order completion. If 2 hours have passed, please make a request through the Contact page.
PHILEQUINE store orders available only to members?
No. Non-members can also order. You can easily sign up for membership through social login, and we will send you a special discount code when you sign up.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the issued discount code on the checkout page and the discount will be applied.

How long does it take for delivery?
We ship your order worldwide via DHL within 3~5 days (US, CA, Europe). We provide courier number for your easy tracking of orders.

Yes. We ship to almost all countries where DHL shipping is available.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders totaling $100 or more. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $10 is applied
Do I have to pay customs duties?
Customs duties may apply depending on the country of delivery. If customs duties arise, DHL will contact you. Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
